Au milieu du XXIIe siècle, l'humanité est au beau milieu d'un conflit d'ampleur mondiale. Avec pour objectif final d'émigrer sur Mars, trois factions se disputent les dernières ressources de la planète : la dynastie eurasienne, les Etats Civilisés Unis et la Corporation de la Lune.
